Purchase Locations: Available at Animates stores, www.animates.co.nz and www.giftstations.co.nz selected Pak 'N Save and New World supermarkets, The Warehouse, and selected petrol stations and dairies.
Digital Delivery : Sent to the nominated email address or phone number within 24 hours of purchase, in some cases even instantly.
Balance and Change: No change given, remaining balances can be used before expiry
Restrictions: Cannot be purchased with Afterpay or Laybuy. Non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or eGift Cards, and cannot be reloaded. Can not be used in Animates Vetcare.
Loss and Protection: Not replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged. Register at www.giftstation.co.nz for loss protection. Treat as cash.
Expiry: Valid for 3 years from purchase. Remaining balance cancelled upon expiry.
Recycling: Recycle used cards at TerraCycle bins in Animates stores.
Usage: Redeemable in-store and online at www.animates.co.nz. Not valid for Repeat Delivery purchases or Animates Vetcare Clinics.
Redemption: Can be used for full or partial payments in any Animates Retail Store or on the Animates Website. Only one eGift Card per transaction. Balances remain until fully used or expired.
